Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS, RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:

US$800 is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable at the last day of the safari.
Reservations must be made at least eight weeks before the safari commences.
Bank guaranteed cheques, travellers cheques, credit card payment (MASTER and VISA only), US dollar cash or Namibian dollar cash is acceptable as payment method.
Please note that Kowas Hunting Safaris has credit card facilities.
SWIFT transfers could also be made into our Namibian Bank account.
All cost incurred during the safari, will be billed on an invoice and is payable at the end of the safari.
Payment currency would be either in US$, Namibian dollar or Euro.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are subject to four weeks notice in writing.
50% of the deposit is refundable
Full deposits can be carried forward for Safari at a later date. When re-booked for the following year, the new price list will be applied.

Air travel to and from Lodge
Air travel to and from concession areas
Road travel between hunting (concession) areas
Accommodation before and after contracted safari period
Hard alcohol
Disinfecting, packaging, forwarding and insurance of trophies from taxidermist or airports
Trophy shipment costs
Rifle rentals at US$ 50.00 per day and ammunition at cost if required
Taxidermist charges
Staff gratuities

SAFETY

While every precaution is made, no responsibility can be accepted for any acquired illness or loss nor any expenses incurred as a result.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
The client is obliged to notify the Outfitter of any special medical health conditions (i.e.: heart problems, diabetics, asthma, allergies, etc.) at least ten (10) days prior to the arrival date.
